DOMAINE DE FACTEUR, Vouvray

Domaine de Facteur is a 12 hectare domaine located in the limestone-rich eastern part of Vouvray. This winery had been called by its owner's name, Mathieu Cosme, for a very long time, but he has recently put more of his focus into his horse plowing and has left a lot of the wine making to a young talented winemaker named Fabien Brutot. Since 2005 they have worked organically and have been horse plowing most of the vineyards over the last few years.
